Arrive at Lima airport, after claiming your baggage please walk to international arrivals area and meet our Machupicchu America Travel representative who will be holding a sign with your name on it and then board our comfortable transport and drop off you to your hotel located in Miraflores. After check-in at the hotel the balance of the day will be at leisure.

Overnight: Lima

After breakfast at your hotel, our Machu Picchu Latin America guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby at either 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. (you may choose the morning or afternoon tour). We will begin our tour by visiting the modern suburbs of San Isidro and Miraflores, where we will see the Financial Center and the Olive Grove Park. We will also pass by Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca pyramid-shaped temple. Next, we will stop at Parque del Amor to enjoy a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We will then visit downtown Lima’s historical center, a UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity site, exploring what was once the center of the 16th-century Spanish colony. Our tour will include a visit to the San Francisco Monastery and its famous underground crypts, known as the Catacombs. At the end of the tour, you will have the option to either shop at the Indian Market, explore Larcomar Mall, or return to your hotel.

Overnight: Lima

After breakfast at your hotel, our representative will transfer you to Lima Airport to board your flight to Puerto Maldonado, where your Amazon adventure begins. Upon arrival, lodge staff will welcome you and guide you to Inkaterra Hacienda Concepción via a scenic 25-minute canoe ride along the Madre de Dios River. Enjoy a fresh, organic lunch before a guided walk along the Concepción Trails, exploring the rainforest’s flora, fauna, and its global importance. At dusk, embark on the Twilight River excursion to observe nocturnal wildlife, ending a day of discovery.

Overnight: Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion Lodge

After breakfast, trek through Tambopata National Reserve to Lake Sandoval, learning about its biodiversity and conservation efforts. Glide across the lake by dugout canoe, spotting giant river otters, macaws, and black caimans. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Inkaterra Canopy Walkway via a short canoe ride, crossing hanging bridges and towers, enjoying treetop views and encounters with toucans and sloths. Explore the flooded aguajales ecosystem on a wooden bridge. At night, embark on the Rainforest by Night excursion to observe nocturnal wildlife.

Overnight: Inkaterra Hacienda Concepción

After breakfast, take a scenic canoe ride back to Puerto Maldonado and visit the Butterfly House to explore and learn about the fascinating transformation of these colorful insects. Then, board your flight to Cusco, where our representative will escort you to your hotel. After check-in at the hotel, the rest of the day is at your leisure to relax and enjoy Cusco.

Overnight: Cusco

After breakfast at your Cusco hotel, our local expert guide will pick you up by 7:00am, to begin an amazing journey to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our first stop will be at the Andean Camelids rescue center, where we can see Alpacas, Llamas and Vicuñas. We will continue our journey to Pisac Inca site where we will enjoy stunning views and learn about the Incan agricultural methods. Then we will stop in Pisac to visit its famous market. After these sights, we will drive you to Urubamba town and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. Finally, we will board the train at Ollantaytambo train station to Aguas Calientes.

Overnight: Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu pueblo)

After early breakfast, our expert guide will pick you up and walk you to the bus station to board the bus to Machu Picchu. Time to begin a unique experience and explore the amazing Machupicchu one of the New Seven Wonders of the world accompanied with a professional and expert guide who will share all his knowledge about the history and traditions that surrounds this mysterious and enigmatic Inca citadel. After the visit, board the bus back to Aguas Calientes for lunch and free time, then board the train back to Ollantaytambo train station where our representative will transfer you back to your Cusco hotel.

Overnight: Cusco

After breakfast at your hotel, according to your flight times we will pick you up from the hotel lobby and drop off you to Cusco airport and take your flight to your next destination.
