Arrive at Cusco airport, where our representative will greet you and transfer you to your city center hotel. In the afternoon, embark on a guided Cusco city tour. Start at the Plaza de Armas and visit the magnificent Cathedral of Cusco. Walk along an ancient Inca street to the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), a stunning example of Inca and colonial architecture. Then, travel just outside the city to explore four impressive Inca archaeological sites: the massive fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the ritual complex of Qenqo, the checkpoint of Pucapucara, and the water temple of Tambomachay. The tour concludes at the central square for dinner on your own.

Overnight: Cusco

After breakfast, journey into the Sacred Valley of the Incas. First, visit Chinchero to see its Inca ruins and a traditional weaving center. Next, explore the unique circular agricultural terraces of Moray and the stunning, pre-Columbian Maras Salt Mines. Enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba before continuing to the living Inca town of Ollantaytambo to visit its impressive fortress and temples. In the late afternoon, board the train from Ollantaytambo station to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo), enjoying scenic views along the Vilcanota River. Upon arrival, you will be assisted with your hotel check-in.

Overnight: Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu pueblo)

After an early breakfast, take a 30-minute bus ride up to Machu Picchu. Enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of Machu Picchu with a professional expert who will reveal the history, architecture, and mysteries of this iconic Inca citadel. After the tour, return by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch (own expense) and some free time. Later, board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where our representative will meet you and provide a comfortable transfer back to your hotel in Cusco.
